What is Telehealth?
Telehealth psychology allows clients access to a reputable therapist from any corner of the country. Mindwindow Psychology proudly offers Telehealth appointments to our clients across Australia which means you can access quality mental health services without extensive waitlists.
Who is Telehealth for?
Telehealth psychology is suitable for people from all walks of life. Whether you are living with a disability, or living in a regional community, experiencing transportation difficulties, struggling with anxiety or agoraphobia, or maybe you would just prefer to speak with a psychologist in a different city or state – we are here to help.
How does Telehealth work?
Telehealth gives you the peace of mind of attending sessions with a qualified professional, from the comfort of your own home. Our admin team will call you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to take payment over the phone. Once your appointment is paid, you will be sent a link to commence your Telehealth session and your therapist will join you at the scheduled start time. All appointment reminders and links will be in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
If you would like to book an appointment via Telehealth, please contact the clinic on 07 5502 9727 to set up a client file.
