Jane Roberts

PSYCHOLOGIST

Jane is a registered psychologist with a warm, holistic, and compassionate approach to therapy. She is dedicated to creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, Jane tailors her approach to meet each person’s unique needs. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrates techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Attachment-Based Psychotherapy. She also incorporates mindfulness practices, play-based interventions, and strategies informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles to support self-awareness and inner harmony.

Jane works with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma / PTSD. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals understand and heal from the effects of trauma, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of wellbeing and self-compassion.
