Our therapy space has been purposely designed with your nervous system in mind. In fact, the name ‘Mindwindow’ was derived from the popular phrase ‘window of tolerance’, a concept developed by Dr Daniel Siegel to describe a person’s optimal nervous system state to manage life’s challenges and daily stressors. The window of tolerance has been taken into consideration within every element of our clinic, from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by low lighting, scented candles, soft furnishings, acoustic music, and calming artworks. These elements work together to engage your senses and bring about a feeling of being ‘mindfully present’ as you enter our therapy space.
The staff and therapists at Mindwindow are dedicated to fostering a welcoming atmosphere where you feely truly at ease. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges or seeking personal growth, we are here to support you. We combine the latest in psychological research with a compassionate, mindful approach to ensure that every step of your therapeutic journey is a positive and transformative experience.
