What is Radical Exposure Tapping (RET)?
Radical Exposure Tapping (RET) is a brief and effective form of exposure therapy that can help people resolve the psychological problems caused by traumatic memories.
Who is RET for?
RET is typically designed to help people recover from trauma, PTSD, and disturbing life experiences.
How does RET work?
RET draws from the methodologies of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the tapping sequence of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to create a clear and in-depth protocol that allows the therapist to map traumatic memories, and help the client resolve them.
