Our therapy space has been designed to create a sense of calm as soon as you walk through the door. Low lighting, scented candles, soft furnishings, soothing music, and calming artworks all assist in engaging your senses to bring about a sense of being ‘mindfully present’ as you enter our therapy space.
We also have a herbal tea menu and a small library of our favourite self-help books for you to read whilst waiting for your session to begin.
We so look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and helping you to achieve your mental health goals.

The name ‘Mindwindow’ is derived from the term ‘window of tolerance’ referred to in neuroscience (the scientific study of the nervous system and brain). The window of tolerance is the ‘comfort zone’ in which intense emotional feelings can be processed in a healthy way, giving you space to function and react to these emotions effectively.
Mindwindow is more than a psychology practice, it is a ‘comfort zone’ of connection and a sanctuary where your inner vulnerabilities are seen, heard, and supported.
We are dedicated to fostering a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel truly at ease. We combine the latest in psychological research with a compassionate, mindful approach to ensure that every visit is both comfortable and transformative.
