Danielle Redding

PSYCHOLOGIST

Danielle Redding is a registered psychologist and proud First Nations Woman of the Darkinjung people. She offers a compassionate and empowered therapeutic experience, drawing on both expertise and lived experience to support individuals and couples on their healing journeys.

Danielle’s path into psychology was shaped by a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing. With a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science, she has cultivated a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. Her first hand experience as a youth worker and disability support worker has given her a profound understanding of trauma, self-identity, and the importance of connection in overcoming life’s challenges.

Danielle takes an integrative and person-centred approach to therapy, ensuring that each client feels heard, supported, and empowered. She incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to tailor treatments to individual needs.

Danielle is a trusted and culturally attuned practitioner, blending professional expertise with an holistic, heart-centred approach to mental health and wellbeing.
