We are currently accepting applications for independent contractors to join our psychology team.
Contracting from Mindwindow Psychology gives you access to:
- Beautifully designed rooms with soft furnishings, calming artworks, low lighting, and scented candles.
- A friendly and supportive team environment
- Full administrative support (Mon to Thurs 8AM-4PM & Fri 8AM – 12PM)
- Templates for letters, reviews, service agreements, and email communications
- Consistent referrals and client intake management
- Client management software (PowerDiary) and Medical Objects
- Online and social media management and marketing
- A comfortable waiting room with soothing music for your clients to sit back and relax whilst waiting for their session to commence
- Split system ducted air conditioning
- High strength Wi-Fi
- Printing services
- All cleaning services included
- Electricity and water included
- Staff room with dining table, chairs, sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine (tea, coffee, milk, and cookies provided)
- Collegial support from other mental health professionals.
Your clients will enjoy:
- A comfortable waiting room with soothing music to sit back and relax whilst waiting for their session to commence.
- A friendly welcoming receptionist who will greet them, take payment, and offer a tea or coffee while they wait.
- A small collection of mental health books to read – some books are available to loan.
- Prompt processing of Medicare claims and rebates
Remuneration
We offer contractor roles with attractive rates ($120 – $132 per consultation) for registered psychologists.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate psychologist who is passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, and:
- Has the necessary qualifications, registrations and insurances
- Is registered to provide services under Medicare
- Has previous private practice experience and experience working with a range of mental health presentations

Our Sanctuary
Our therapy rooms have been individually designed to create a sense of calm as soon as you walk through the door. Low lighting, natural greenery, scented candles, soft furnishings, soothing music, and calming artworks all assist in engaging your senses to bring about a sense of being ‘mindfully present’ as you enter our therapy space.
Where are we?
We are conveniently located on the outskirts of Oxenford and Pacific Pines, just a few short minutes away from the Pacific Motorway. You will find our beautiful clinic nestled into the Maudsland Village shopping complex right near the popular Terrarium Cafe, and across the road from the newly renovated Coomera Lodge Hotel.
