Jane is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health and Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Jane has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons), a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), and a Graduate Diploma of Education.
Jane has experience working with people across the lifespan (children, adolescents and adults) and uses an holistic and compassionate approach to supporting her clients, helping them navigate through life’s challenges. Jane supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and also provides child and adolescent interventions and parenting support.
Jane blends evidence-based techniques with personalised care to support her clients on their way to mental wellness. She has experience using evidence-based therapies including; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Attachment-Based Psychotherapy.
