Melissa is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health and Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons).
Melissa has experience working with people across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults) and is passionate about working collaboratively and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship to help her clients reach their goals.
Melissa supports individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, early-childhood interventions, attachment issues, interpersonal difficulties, and parenting. Melissa works from an attachment framework with parents and children to support a warm and secure relationship.
Melissa has training in evidence-based therapies including Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment theory.
