What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness draws on elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and is sometimes referred to as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Mindfulness helps you focus on the present, without judgement or distraction, and is a useful technique that can help you deal with difficult emotions and situations.

How does Mindfulness work?
